Technical Solutions Specialist

We seek an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to drive digital transformation by implementing MuleSoft-based technical solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with large-scale programs of work and contribute to the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead deliverables, technical issues, and accountabilities on complex projects as part of a collaborative team.
  • Analyze business processes, pain points, and customer experience to design and deliver effective MuleSoft-based solutions.
  • Author technical solution design documents and provide input to solution architecture.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines for projects and achieve relevant certifications from MuleSoft.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and leads through regular meetings and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with MuleSoft and Solace.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and tuning integrations and the MuleSoft platform.
  • Prior experience in systems administration and application configuration management is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong understanding of integration patterns, clean code, and architecture, and designing for fault tolerance.
