We are seeking a Lead Educator, who is motivated, passionate and professional, with an interest in continual learning and professional growth to join our team.

Lead Educator Responsibilities:

- Create and implement educational programs for individuals and groups of children
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to Educator Assistants to successfully implement and reflect on the educational programs
- Provide learning opportunities for all children through the use of intentional teaching and play based learning
- Supervise, interact and engage with all children and families, building meaningful relationships

Lead Educator skills and qualifications:

- Diploma in Children's Services or working towards
- Experience as a Team Leader in the Childcare industry
- A Strong passion for Early Education and Care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build meaningful
- relationship with children and families
- A solid grasp of Early Years Learning Framework and the concepts of Play Based
- Learning
- A current Working With Children Check
- A Current Certificate in Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- A Current First Aid Certificate
- Supervisor Certificate

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
