Lead Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to lead our Kids Club team. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Outside of School Hours Care or Diploma in Children's Services (Education and Care), Bachelor in Early Childhood or Primary, or ACECQA approved Qualified OSHC qualification. They will also hold a current Working with Children's Check, first aid qualifications, anaphylaxis management training, knowledge of child protection procedures, and a working knowledge of the ACECQA The National Quality Framework (NQF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years.
  • To develop and implement engaging lesson plans, promoting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • To build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.
