Our client, a leading organisation in the retail industry, is looking for an Iteration Manager to join the team and play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of projects.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Facilitate iteration planning, ensuring that tasks are appropriately estimated and prioritised.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting agile methodologies and best practices.
- Conduct regular retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.
- Support and empower the team by removing obstacles and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with product owners, developers, and testers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

**Key skills**:

- Previous experience as an Iteration Manager
- Retail industry or loyalty programs experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Agile certification.
