**Join the team**

As an Iteration Manager you will work in the Customer Technology Team and will have the opportunity to work across a number of different initiatives, driving and improving the customer experience for Kmart employees and Kmart customers.

**What you'll be doing**

As an Iteration Manager working for Kmart you will:

- Work along with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other business stakeholders to prioritise technology and business initiatives.
- Drive delivery to ensure risks are addressed or escalated in a timely manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, create workstream reports and promote transparency.
- Coordinate with onshore & offshore teams and manage dependencies between dedicated workstreams.
- Lead, facilitate and manage the release planning and iteration.
- Facilitate sprint meetings and workshops for dedicated streams.
- Identify process improvements and measure the impact of team velocity.
