With operations in both Sydney and Melbourne, our IVE Brand Activation division specialises in the design/creation and the production of temporary, semi-permanent and permanent retail display. From counter stands and shelf talkers to complex free standing display units, the Brand Activation team works collaboratively with our customers to fully understand their desired objective, then designs, tests, produces, delivers and installs in-store.
IVE's retail and point of sale solutions give our customers access to the complete range of product display and store promotion materials. Australia's leading retailers use us because we know how to turn shoppers into buyers. Our services also include offshore sourcing where appropriate through a dedicated team based in Asia
About the Role
Our IVE Brand Activations team in NSW is looking for an Account Manager to join us.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong print background - whether that's pre-press, design or print project management & who is ready to take the next step in their career.
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of campaign and POS clients, covering wide format, commercial print, temporary cardboard displays and permanent display solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for your clients across print, campaigns, POS and merchandise
Managing projects independently while working closely with the wider team
Preflighting client files to ensure they are press-ready
Using strong Excel skills to manage budgets, timelines and reporting
Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Adapting to new processes and ways of working as the business evolves
What we're looking for:
Solid print knowledge, ideally from a pre-press, design or project management background
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confidence working directly with clients and managing multiple projects at once
Someone who is proactive, adaptable and eager to grow their career
