**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor youths, helping them grow spiritually and morally through biblical teachings.
- Engage in outreach efforts to connect with young people in the community, sharing the message of hope and transformation.
- Develop and run youth programs, events, and activities that foster spiritual growth and personal development.
- Build meaningful relationships with young people, providing guidance, encouragement, and support in their Christian journey.
- Collaborate with church leadership in developing strategies for youth engagement and growth.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- A passion for working with youths and helping them grow in their relationship with Christ.
- Strong Christian values and a commitment to living by biblical principles.
- A heart for outreach and a desire to positively impact the community.
- Leadership potential and willingness to undergo training (training will be provided for those with little experience).
- A team player, willing to grow with us as we establish and expand Dominion City Church in Australia.
