Job Overview

Norwest Anglican Church is an evangelical church seeking a suitably gifted Christian to lead our Youth and Schools Ministry.

This is a full-time role responsible for the vision, leadership, and execution of Youth Ministry and Schools Ministry.

  • Oversight of youth programs on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons
  • Mentoring and equipping Christian students at local high schools
  • Leadership of school clubs and oversight of primary SRE

The ideal candidate will have a deep love for God, a whole-hearted desire to live for and serve Jesus Christ, and a growing relationship with Him.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in youth ministry and leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collegiate working style
  • Pastoral care and guidance of young people

We are seeking someone who is passionate about introducing individuals and families to Jesus and seeing them grow in their knowledge and love of Him.

Additionally, they must understand child protection issues and be committed to the safety of all young people in our care.
