Christmas Experience Team - Northern Melbourne
Create Christmas Magic this festive season No experience needed – Just bring the vibe Step into Santa's enchanted photo world with Scene to Believe, where twinkling lights, smiling faces, and festive fun make every day unforgettable. We're hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves) across Australia and New Zealand. You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of Santa's visitors as you guide visitors through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish. We are looking for a Christmas Experience Team to drive performance at sites in the Northern Melbourne Region, including Moonee Ponds Central, Pacific Epping, Plenty Valley, Northland.
What Youll Be Doing
Welcome families and spread Christmas cheer
Help capture magical Santa photos
Ensure a fun, stress-free experience (for kids and adults)
Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen
Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
All training is provided, hours are flexible, and the office is magical.
Be full of good vibes and festive energy
Great with people (and pets) of all ages
Cool under pressure
A team player who loves making people feel welcome
Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children\'s Clearance
