We encourage you to find the right balance between connecting in person with your clients and teams and meeting your own personal needs As part of our IT Change and Adoption team, you will be part of a national team responsible for supporting the implementation and adoption of technology projects and initiatives that enable our business to embrace new ways of working.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will bring a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, complemented by a change management certification (preferred but not essential).
Day to day you will work across the ITS Portfolio to support the implementation of IT projects and initiatives and will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of customer-focused, best-practice change management experiences that drive sustainable adoption of technology solutions.
In addition you will: Lead end-to-end change delivery, including strategies, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication, learning, and adoption plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align change approaches with portfolio goals.
Design human-centred, data-driven change interventions using structured frameworks to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Identify and escalate people-related and adoption risks for timely resolution.
Monitor and adapt change activities to optimize results.
Deliver high-quality change management materials on schedule.
Produce clear, engaging communication and training assets to support user readiness.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences / attributes: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a change management role with sound knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Experience in end to end change and communications delivery, preferably within a technology focused team or program of work Experience in design and implementation of change management activities including; undertaking impact assessments, assessing training needs and developing training plans, preparing and delivering communications to all impacted users, , and supporting the adoption of new or enhanced systems and processes Strong stakeholder engagement skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail Ability to independently and proactively resolve problems within established parameters Self-motivated, pro-active and driven individual who can work both autonomously and in a team environment, in an often rapidly changing environment Completion of a tertiary qualification in a related field Why Deloitte?
