Lutheran Services, a not-for-profit organisation serving the people and communities of Queensland since 1935, is seeking a Support Worker - Personal Carer to join our Hone Care team in Toowoomba. We are seeking someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

**About the role**:
As a Support Worker - Home Care, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. You will also provide domestic assistance such as house cleaning and basic household chores, social and emotional support and assist with daily living activities. Building meaningful relationships with clients and delivering personalized care that truly makes a difference will be a key aspect of the role.

**We have several permanent part time positions available. 20 hours per fortnight and 60 hours per fortnight.**
