Mobilize was born from the philosophy of 'Connecting Good People', founded in April 2021 we have had an amazing 18 months in business and are ready to kick off our new business unit - Healthcare.

We recognize that there is a growing issue with healthcare staffing in Australia and have made the decision to be a part of the solution. Off the back of this, we are excited to announce the launch of
**Mobilize Health** So, now we are on the hunt for an experienced industry professional, who aligns with our culture and is passionate about 'Connecting Good People'.

We would love to speak with individuals who are business savvy and have an entrepreneurial mindset to grow this division. You will have full support of the leadership team behind you and the best systems in place. We already have a small client base, so you will be able to hit the ground running with permanent, temporary & fixed term contract placements.

**What does the role entail?**
- Help grow a recognized brand in Australia for Healthcare
- Become part of an entrepreneurial team of business leaders
- Lead the charge for Mobilize's Health sales strategy
- Continue to build a workplace culture that breeds success
- Set business unit budgets & forecasting
- Own your own P&L with ongoing commercial training
- Grow your team with strategic org chart development
- 360 model - Sales, Account Management, Recruitment
