Over the past few years, there has been a collection of tasks and elements to creating a happy office environment that a few of us have been sharing. Important things like making sure a new team members first few days go smoothly and they have everything they need to feel comfortable, booking travel and organizing events, ensuring the office is a great place to work and has all the supplies we need and making our office guests and team feel at home; and all the other admin that goes with running a happy office environment and team.

**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for someone to be the heart beat of our office here in Brisbane. Someone that is warm, friendly and just loves to be organized. (our chaos does need organizing)

Whilst there are a number of things we will be happy to teach you, it would be great if you had some prior experience in a similar role or an EA type role. But most importantly it is important that you have an eye for detail and love to keep a list of to do's and get them done.

Our team are all super excited to see who is going to fill this role and become a critical part of our fantastic team.
