Job DescriptionLarge New Build ProjectConsistent workWeekly pay, overtime rates + superSkilled Labourers – Commercial Position: Skilled Construction LabourersLocation: Emu PlainsEmployment Type: 5-6 days per weekAccompanying tickets advantageous: Telehandler (Gold Card), forklift, hoist, traffic Key Responsibilities:Assist with all aspects of construction, including site preparation, framework, demolition, and finishing tasksSafely operate power tools and machinery as required for the projectFollow detailed instructions and work under the guidance of senior tradespeople and site supervisorsWork autonomously and manage tasks independently as requiredEnsure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practicesContribute to a high level of teamwork, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standardsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment Skills & Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years' experience on commercial and mixed-use residential construction projectsPatching and concreting experience is advantageousAbility to use and maintain a variety of power toolsProven experience in both early-stage construction and project completion stagesStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsReliable, punctual, and able to work 6 days per weekHigh level of physical fitness and stamina, as this is a hands-on roleWHS White Card (mandatory)Own PPE (Mandatory)Silica Awareness trained (Preferred) What We Offer:Competitive hourly rates, Overtime pay after 8hrs/10hrs/weekends etcOngoing work and career development opportunitiesA supportive and professional work environmentOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial and residential projects If you are a motivated, skilled labourer with the right experience and work ethic, we would love to hear from you
