eStore Logistics is the market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party Logistics provider (3PL). We are a tech enabled logistics leader, having a strong reputation as the trusted fulfilment partner for our clients which include Australia's largest pure play online retailer, Australia's largest online furniture retailer, more than 10 of Australia's top 50 eCommerce businesses and many iconic retailers which have a retail store and eCommerce presence.

The business is rapidly expanding and currently has 7 fulfilment centres (FC) across Australia. eStore Logistics has recently introduced Australian-first goods to person picking technology that utilises autonomous mobile robots at its Victorian sites and continues to cement itself as a market leader in the 3PL space.

**What are we looking for?**

**What will you do (but not limited to)?**
The Pricing Analyst will generate customer solutions and rate card submissions that enable the sustainable growth of eStore Logistics. Their contributions will be critical in facilitating the long term success of eStore Logistics and customers, by:

- Utilise your skills and knowledge to mitigate commercial and operational risk
- Work with key solutions contributors to ensure that the most suitable solution is applied to each customer, yielding mutual gain
- Exceed short and long term growth, conversion and profitability targets
- Optimise the fulfillment experience and provide solutions that enable our Australian retailers to grow as a result of our partnership.
- Work within a supportive structure with predefined and robust pricing structure, and development pathway.
- Be part of a team that is highly energetic and collaborative in their approach, and that consistently develops solutions that enable customer growth and satisfaction.
- Be exposed to working with a variety of brands, leading technological solutions, automation, innovation, and gain a unique insight into best-in-class ecommerce fulfillment solutions
- Have the opportunities to advance their careers or side step into other departments

**What skills/Qualifications will you have?**
- Currently completing a relevant qualification
- Stakeholder Management
- Problem solving
- Well developed communication skills
- Relationship building and people skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a team environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Cost Model operation
- Rate card creation
- Financial/Commercial acumen

Must have reliable transport due to location.
