**About the Role**:
Provide excellent customer care and assist customers with all import queries (arrival, trans-shipment, documentation, Customs, operational issues, etc)

Coordinate with both internal and external parties, including Australian Government entities to ensure smooth and compliant delivery of import cargo across all nominated ports and terminals

Perform change of destination, at customer's request

Coordinate with Operations, Vessel Planners and Transhipment Teams to meet deadlines

Manage invoice amendments based on audit requests

Ensure customer complaints are reported to the Import Desk Team Leader and or Import Desk Manager

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Completing of year 12 or equivalent or tertiary qualifications in relevant fields

1-3 years of experience in customer service roles

Customer oriented approach with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

Problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers

Able to multitask and work autonomously with minimum supervision
