They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.We're looking for a Liquidity Treasury Manager to collaborate closely with the team and provide coverage and support across the full spectrum of assets, liabilities, and capital management.Up to shape what's next in finance?
Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingManaging liquidity risk for Revolut in Australia, from planning and forecasting through to front-end executionEnhancing, building out, and embedding liquidity management frameworksDeveloping deep insight into liquidity movement and related risk managementBuilding and maintaining models and methodologies for liquidity forecastingSupporting the development of new products by advising on capital and liquidity requirementsManaging and optimising ongoing liquidity adequacyIntegrating a warehouse funding facility to support unsecured credit growthEnsuring we meet partner bank and internal reporting requirementsSupporting business decision making and associated liquidity actionsOverseeing daily cash flows, maintaining adequate cash buffers, and efficiently deploying surplus cash to support operational and strategic liquidity needsMaintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of liquidity regulation requirementsProviding input to key regulatory processes, such as the ILAAP and RP/LCPOwning the development, production, and management of the monthly ALCO review processWhat You'll NeedAn analytical, logical, and structured mindsetGreat problem-solving skillsThe ability to break down complex issues into their component parts, identify the root cause, and create elegant solutionsAn independent mindset, up to tackle any challengeA solid understanding of global financial markets, products, and key treasury conceptsExperience in a financial institution or fintech (preferably within a treasury, finance, or risk function)Nice to haveExperience with SQLBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
