About the Role

This role is focused on managing project treasury operations, ensuring client and supplier payment terms are met.

  • Overseeing project banking operations, including payments to clients and suppliers.
  • Ensuring required approvals are in place per the Power of Attorney (POA) before bank execution.
  • Providing cash flow reporting and forecasting for the project.
  • Support month end processes, assisting with financial reporting cycles.
  • Maintaining vendor payments reports.
  • Providing analysis and timely reporting on liquidity, identifying any potential risks.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Membership to a professional accounting body such as CPA Australia.
  • Minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience.
  • Project Bank Account (PBA) on a Construction Contract would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Strong analytical, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict compliance deadlines.
