Join us as an Area Manager, reporting to the Regional General Manager, where you'll drive long-term revenue growth and empower our teams to thrive. Be a commercial brand ambassador who embodies Grill'd values: Passion, Leadership, Ownership, Trust, and Sustainability.

What You'll Do:

  • Smash sales, profit, and growth targets across your territory like a pro.
  • Coach, inspire, and level up your restaurant leaders to be the best in the business.
  • Use data-driven insights to fuel performance and keep things running at full speed.
  • Deliver top-notch operations and ensure every shift runs like clockwork.
  • Lead the charge on OH&S, food safety, and labour compliance.
  • Play a key role in new restaurant launches, making sure everything is flawless from day one.
