- We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Answering calls from our Collectors out in the field and answering questions specific to test enquiries
- Answering calls from patients, Doctors and Medical Centres
- Booking in Home Visits
- Answering calls in a busy call centre with close to 400+ calls per day

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
