Please note that this role is office-based.

**Key duties and responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Assisting with daily bank reconciliation of accounts, eftpos & credit card transactions
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable - including reconciliation in business software (Jiwa System), preparation of payments & invoices, statement & debt collection.
- Assist with maintenance of creditor & debtors in Jiwa system.
- Preparation of reports and providing assistance to management.
- Other general administrative tasks as required.

To be successful you will need to have:

- At least 24 months experience in an accounts / bookkeeping role with proficiency in using accounting systems.
- Have a "can do" positive attitude with ability to show initiative & accountability to learn
- Strong time management and the ability to prioritise work with a keen eye for detail and follow-up
- Advanced proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook and with recognised accounting software system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone manner
