Are you a caring, reliable, and compassionate person who loves helping others? **Provide Another Mother** is looking for dedicated **Home Care Employees** to support individuals and families in Fig Tree Pocket QLD and nearby suburbs.

**Location**: Fig Tree Pocket QLD & Surrounds
**Flexible Hours | Casual**
**Competitive Pay | Supportive Work Environment $31.46 - $33.28 per hour + Super Travel Reimbursement: $0.99 per km ( Weekly Pay )**

**About the Role**:
As a **PAM (Provide Another Mother)** team member, you'll help individuals, families, and NDIS participants with:

- **Deep Cleaning & Decluttering**: Transforming homes into happier, healthier spaces.
- **General Household Tasks**: Including cleaning, washing, ironing, and light meal prep.
- **Participant Support**: Assisting NDIS clients with tasks in their homes.

**What you'll need to Join**:

- **Reliable transport and a valid driver's license**.
- **Smartphone** for communication and Rostering
- **NDIS** **Worker Screening Card** (or willingness to obtain).
- **Experience in cleaning or disability support** (but not mandatory).
- **Contactable references** (preferred).
- **Full Working Rights**

Job Details:

- **Expected Hours**: 4-32 per week - Flexible Roster
