**About the role**

**Duties**
- Contribute to the development of the Internal Audit Plan aligned to business risks and strategic goals.
- Implement the Internal Audit plan by delivering high quality audits overseeing all aspects.
- Identify improvement opportunities across the business.
- Provide advice to business units on governance and control improvements
- Contribute to the improvement of the delivery and performance of systems
- Maintain effective relationships with business units, and external parties

**Skills and Experience**
- Degree qualified in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent
- 5+ years in Internal Audit, External Audit or Governance fields
- Strong commercial acumen and technical experience in delivering Technology related assurance including Cyber Security, Information Security, IT General Controls, Project Assurance, Digital Transformation, Technology resilience and disaster recovery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal audit plans, conduct efficient and effective internal audits, and provide practical and relevant recommendations to management.
- Experience in the Information Media and Telecommunications sector is desirable
- Strong understanding of International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing of the Institute of Internal Auditor (IIA), and Technology Risk Frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001 and relevant industry codes
- Self-motivated, collaborative, resilient, and agile working style
- Effective communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, stakeholder focused, and organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High moral standing, independent and objective
