**Earlyhood Education & Care **is dedicated to sourcing the most passionate, and sought after Early Childhood Educators & Teachers across Sydney. We provide
**specialist recruitment services** to the Early Childhood Sector which includes Long Daycare, Preschool, OOSH care and community schools.

We are looking for
**2x** new
**enthusiastic, ambitious team members** who are looking to kick start their recruitment careers in a supportive and fun environment

**Who this role will suit**:

- You are very much a people person and love chatting on the phone
- You love helping people and enjoy creating opportunities
- Previous experience in talent resourcing is a bonus but not essential
- Previous experience working in sales or the early years sector is also a bonus but not essential
- Demonstrate superior customer service
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Uses your initiative and is someone who loves to get up in the morning with a purpose.
- Wants their opinion to matter.
- Excited to be part of a growing business

**What will you be doing**:

- Assisting your Recruitment Manager by interviewing & sourcing Teachers & Educators across Sydney
- Placing job ads across all job boards and social media platforms
- Utilising all our tools to find the right people for the right role.
- Managing your brand through LinkedIn
- Maintaining relationships throughout the recruitment process.
