Recruitment Agency that specialises in the recruitment and provision of industry specific and skilled labour to clients across a range of sectors with a focus on Warehousing, Logistics and Manufacturing.

Due to growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to be a part of our team.

Blue-Collar Resourcer Position:

Job Description:

  • Screening and shortlisting candidates from a variety of advertising platforms
  • Conducting face-to-face interviews on a daily basis
  • Job matching suitable candidates with current open roles
  • Juggling day-to-day activities with an ability to adapt and react to clients' requests.
  • Liaising with candidates face-to-face, emails and over the phone
  • Ensure candidate pool is sufficient focusing on quality and not quantity.
  • Understand and build relationships with current and new clientele.
  • Maintaining compliance standards across the board
  • Ensure accurate data management in our system.

Position Requirements:

  • Recruitment experience is preferred
  • Excellent work ethic, results driven and motivated to grow
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives working in a team environment and can simulataneously work autonomously
  • Proven results in a recruitment environment is desirable
  • High attention to detail
  • Analytic problem solving skills  & ability to take initiative
  • Customer Service/Administration experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to learn, adapt and be accountable
  • Must have a current Driver's License and own vehicle.
