We strive to provide premium service, perfect coffee, and delicious meals made fresh in-house, using local produce.About StellarossaStellarossa Coffee began in Brisbane in 2009, and since then, we've grown throughout Queensland to include kiosks, cafes and drive thru cafes.
Each café is locally owned and operated, meaning our franchise owners are emotionally invested in making their business work.
At our stores, you will find unique menus featuring Stellarossa core dishes and local favourites.About The RoleWorking in the kitchen at Stellarossa Parside Plaza, you'll be busy preparing delicious, fresh meals for dine-in and takeaway.
You'll be involved in every aspect of the process, including prep, frying, grilling, plating, cleaning, organising, and ensuring all of the necessary checks and balances are taking place.
There's a menu that changes every 6 months, and lots of room to infuse some flair with daily and weekly blackboard specials and cabinet goodies.
We also regularly hold events and provide catering food and drinks.
This is a casual position with lots of hours on offer including weekday and weekend work.For Kitchen Team MembersPrepare, cook and plate dishes according to Stellarossa's recipes and standards.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.Support the team in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food quality.Assist in the preparation of ingredients with a focus on improving efficiency and workflow during busy periods.Comply with health and safety regulations.Ensure appropriate food preparation procedures are followed to supply meals that meet dietary and allergy requirementsAssist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.A responsible, reliable, mature and structured dispositionHigh energy and productivity levels.Openness to learning and following systems.BenefitsEnjoy the Restaurant Industry Award casual hourly rate plus Super.No late-night work.Opportunities for incentives and staff discounts.Friendly and supportive teamHow to apply: Click on the Apply Now button to apply through Zapid Hire.
