As a care worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals in their homes and communities to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.Key Responsibilities :Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressingProviding companionship and emotional support to clientsAssisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundryAccompanying clients to appointments and social outingsFollowing care plans and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisorRequirements :Full Australian Drivers LicensePolice checkWorking with children checkSkills and Qualifications :Previous experience in a similar role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCompassion and empathy for othersReliability and punctualityIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and meet the requirements listed above, we would love to hear from you.
