You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
We offer flexible hours and working arrangements, including permanent and casual roles, to suit your lifestyle.What you will doEnsure a positive resident experience through a resident-first approachProvide personal care tailored to each resident's needs and preferencesComplete care documentation, including progress notes and daily chartsWork collaboratively within a teamHandle residents safely and correctlyReport feedback and incidents promptlyDeliver safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsWho are you and what will you bring?
Completed Cert III in Aged Care or equivalentExperience in providing daily care and activities to clientsHold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain one)Passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careStrong verbal and written communication skillsInterested?
