As a Data Engineer in our UNITE Program, you will design and build data pipelines that simplify our technology landscape and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This permanent role is based in Sydney or the Gold Coast (multiple roles available).
You will work hands-on with modern data platforms such as Azure Data PaaS, Snowflake, Teradata Vantage, and Informatica, applying analytic thinking to solve complex problems and shape customer outcomes.What do I need?
Hands-on coding skills in Python, SQL, and Informatica ETL.Experience with big data processing frameworks like Spark and Kafka.Proven experience deploying solutions in large-scale production environments.Familiarity with platforms such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake Services, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Cosmos DB, Snowflake, and Teradata.Understanding of data modeling, governance, and architecture principles.Ability to translate business logic into scalable technical solutions.A collaborative mindset with an agile and innovative approach.Experience with agentic AI for automating design, development, and testing tasks is a plus.Why join us?
