Customer & Partner Solutions Consultant - Australia
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping retailers get the most out of their technology stack. You'll be the go-to person for our existing Australian customers, consulting on new solutions and ensuring they're set up for success.
Your main focus? Working with current customers to identify opportunities for Erply and partner solutions—from inventory management and POS to Erply Payments, analytics, email marketing, WMS, employee time-clock, e-commerce, and self-service tools. Think strategic advisor meets problem solver. You'll also handle incoming leads and spot new opportunities, but customer success and growth is where you'll spend most of your time.

Responsibilities
Consult with existing customers on solutions that'll actually help their business
Run quarterly reviews to identify upgrade opportunities and new tools they need
Handle customer issues and coordinate with our global support team
Demo new features and solutions (we release cool stuff regularly)
Convert inbound leads and pursue referrals from happy customers
Travel around Australia for face-to-face meetings when needed
Qualifications
Account management or customer success experience, ideally in retail/tech
Natural consultant mindset - you ask good questions and listen to answers
Comfortable with technology demos and explaining complex solutions simply
Self-motivated and happy working independently with global team backup
Willing to travel within Australia
