About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with immediate availability. As a leading expert in education technology, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our learning platform, ensuring it delivers superior educational outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct student engagement sessions, and drive data-driven innovation.
Responsibilities:
Spearheading the development of our AI-driven learning platform
Leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration
Conducting virtual student engagement sessions to gather insights and feedback
Driving data-driven innovation through the analysis of learning analytics
Requirements:
Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
Proven track record in education or EdTech leadership roles
Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within educational contexts
Hands-on experience designing AI systems for educational applications
