Job Title: AI Learning Leader

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with immediate availability. As a leading expert in education technology, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our learning platform, ensuring it delivers superior educational outcomes. You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct student engagement sessions, and drive data-driven innovation.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading the development of our AI-driven learning platform
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Conducting virtual student engagement sessions to gather insights and feedback
  • Driving data-driven innovation through the analysis of learning analytics

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related discipline
  • Proven track record in education or EdTech leadership roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying AI technologies within educational contexts
  • Hands-on experience designing AI systems for educational applications
