Looking for something... better? Why not work in the best venue group in Sydney? Big call but stick with us. Scene Change is growing its operations across three great Merivale venues: the ivy, SCG and the new Allianz Stadium.

AV in Merivale venues is very different to hotels. Merivale values high production values and want you to have a personality. They work as a tight, supportive team with the Scene Change staff. They're more relaxed. There's none of the hierarchy stuff you have to deal with in hotels.

**The support you need to do a great job**

We believe in giving you all the backing you need to deliver great shows. You'll never have to beg for new gear at Scene Change. We don't tolerate old gear or knock-off brands, that's why we only buy equipment our crew can trust.

You'll work with a tight, experienced team that has each other's backs so we can comfortably deliver shows that you'll be proud of. Not just regular venue AV shows but also high-end productions.

**Looking for a senior AV venue technician**

We're are looking for experienced AV technician. You might be working in another venue now and thinking: _I could use some more support here and I'm tired of making excuses to clients._

We're all about support and respect for the people on site. Everyone in management used to be a tech and our entire goal is getting you clear information and the best equipment you could ask to work with.

And if you have any issues about anything, you can get in touch with one of the owners of Scene Change right away and we'll do our very best to resolve it - we don't want our people to have to wait for decisions.

- Minimum of 3 years experience audio visual event experience
- Ability to set up and operate audio, vision and lighting systems for corporate events
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency on both Mac & PC platforms
- Adaptable, friendly and team player
