**The team & opportunity**:
As a **Zero Harm Manager **you are vital in ensuring safety is at the front of everyone's mind. Reporting to the ANZ Zero Harm Manager and leading a team, you will have the opportunity to mentor, support and develop the safety initiative within the Energy Networks business across Australia.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will be based out of Melbourne however frequent travel across VIC is required with the occasional travel to QLD and WA.

You will drive a positive Zero Harm culture and lead the safety initiative through accurate technical advice and support. This role will allow you to guide, mentor and manage a team to ensure high performance and self-development.
- Experience in a Zero Harm leadership role within a large project/contract environment, preferably within the utilities space.
- Minimum Certificate IV in WHA, Diploma/Degree qualification in WHS.
- ICAM lead investigator.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (advantageous).
- Auditing qualifications (advantageous).
- Ability to build and sustain positive and collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships.
