Reporting to the General Manager of People and Learning, this an exciting part-time generalist HR role where you will work on various functions in the Human Resources space including; communications, administration and procedures, staff movements, support with recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, as well as providing general support to other business areas as required. Part of a dynamic and busy team supporting staff across our 3 locations in Coomera, Canberra and Penrith.

Based in our Varsity Lakes office. Up to 3 days per week. Hours to be discussed.

About you:

- Customer service and/or administrative experience
- Qualifications in HR or studying towards (highly regarded)
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Strong focus on integrity and professionalism
- Ability/Experience meeting deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, flexible and pro-active attitude
- Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
