In this exciting role, you will be working on TopSkyNG, a new Air Traffic Management (ATM) system, currently under development. As Software Work Package Manager you will instrumental in developing, validating and delivering a new ATM system.

With an inspirational leadership style and a can-do attitude, you will be in charge of the managing the TopSky Software Work Package.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organise and plan the software work package, including work package structure / descriptions, manage budgets and to resourced schedule & workload
- Execute, monitor and control the work package, control the project & manage risks and opportunities, requirements, costs & schedule
- Liaise with the engineering delivery team to consolidate the technical progress of the project

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, IT or a related discipline and relevant industrial experience
- Must have significant experience in work package management
- Must have significant experience System of Systems (SoS) or with large, complex, real-time software-based systems
- Experience in defining, documenting and implementing best practices
- Experience in financial / budgetary control of work-packages or segments
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers and partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
