Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging and repackaging software, from discovery to deployment support.
  • Package creation based on project requests and business-as-usual tickets.
  • Participation in project planning and delivery sessions.
  • Preparation of documentation for operational staff use.
  • Analysis and rectification of packaging issues.
  • Maintenance of high customer satisfaction levels through timely, professional, and attentive responses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience in the IT industry, preferably in an IT managed service provider.
  • Approximately 3 years' experience in application packaging roles.
  • Exceptional knowledge of packaging tools, including InstallShield and PACE.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management platforms, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and JAMF.
  • Able to operate effectively in a team environment and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
