**The Company**

Well-established in the Australian cleaning industry, Quad Services has seen significant revenue growth over the past few years and is looking to bring on and develop top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a confident and positive phone manner, no experience necessary. This is a casual role based at our Head Office in Artarmon.

**The Role**

As a Telesales Operator reporting directly to the Client Services Team Leader, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for our clients
- Making high volume outgoing calls
- Maintaining client records
- Carry out telemarketing and sales activities

**Skills and Experience**

The successful applicant will have:

- Confident and positive phone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- National Criminal History Check
- Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly
- Strong organisational and administration skills
