**Coffee Representative **in Brisbane.
RWSC is one of the leading specialty coffee roasters in the country. Having started out in Melbourne, our client has multiple state of the art roasting facilities and flagship cafes in addition to supplying hundreds of wholesale and 'coffee at home' clients across the country.
RWSC specialises in both small batch and large scale roasting, practice ethical sourcing from origin, and as importantly, provide 1st class customer service and support to their business partners.
**The Role**:
We're recruiting for a Coffee Representative for the Brisbane and Gold Coast region to service a portfolio of existing clients and be part of a winning small and tight-knit team.
- This role is the heart and soul of the QLD business so we're searching for someone who is super special._
This role will report directly to the RWSC QLD Director who's super dynamic and has walked the walk in the coffee industry for the last 15 years.
If successful, you role will be varied due to the nature of the business. This will be an opportunity to showcase your coffee skills and at the same time, upskill and develop your knowledge in the wholesale coffee industry.
Your primary focus is to service your existing portfolio of customers with anything RWSC related.
A solid understanding of the coffee industry from your current or previous roles will give you a good head-start in succeeding in this position and in the long term, growing with the company.
Specifically, your day to day responsibilities will be varied but generally as follows:
- General Account Management of clients
- 5 days on the road visiting clients and delivering their coffee
- Coffee training to upskill Baristas (coffee and equipment)
- A bit of social media content creation when on the road showcasing the brand and your loyal customers
- Cross selling market leading ancillary products to the existing customer base (increase uptake)
- Proactive lead generation of potential cafes that should be serving RWSC to pass onto the BDM (This is a support role to the BDM in the business, it's not a BDM role)
- Assisting the Warehouse person with packing orders (when required)
This is essentially a relationship management role servicing both your external (cafes) and internal customers (BDM and the Warehouse person).
**You**:
You will have demonstrated ability in the following criteria to be successful:
- Proven experience with coffee (as an experienced Barista who wants to step up, or already part of a coffee company and needing the right opportunity to showcase your talent, or you're already servicing cafes as a wholesaler/delivery driver and need to feel more rewarded in a new challenge)
- Have real interest in developing your own skills and carving out long-term career aspirations in the wholesale coffee industry
