AGA has more than 30 years' experience in training people and placing them into employment, with a focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. AGA partners with the MAS National consortium to deliver Apprenticeship Network Provider services in Victoria.

**About the role**:
Our organisation is focused on providing support and mentoring to the successful trainee as well as providing on the job training for 12 months. **About you**:

- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- A Working with Children Check (Volunteer or Employee)
- Computer literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, quick learning attitude
- Ability to organise and prioritise own tasks
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Willing to attend accredited RTO/TAFE training
- Able to commit to a 12 month Traineeship

**What you will do**:

- General receptionist duties
- Maintain files ensuring they are secure and kept confidential
- Customer service
- Manage Mail, both incoming and outgoing
- Manage school systems and databases
- Greet students, parents, visitors and staff
- Aid in procurement of school supplies and resources
