Workshop Leader Position
Lead a team of workshop engineers to carry out repairs and maintenance on equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards and expected timeframes.
Carry out repairs and oversee the repair work conducted by workshop engineers, guaranteeing conformity with quality norms and predicted timelines.
Ensure efficient diagnosis and repair of faulty modules within predicted timeframes, maintaining optimal quality levels throughout the repair process.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop area.
Hold regular team meetings to facilitate communication and information sharing among team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
Ensure the workshop team is correctly equipped with tools and resources required to undertake repairs effectively.
Requirements:
Completed a recognised engineering or electro-mechanical qualification or similar.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Proficient in mechanical techniques and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with a solution-orientated approach.
