**CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage)** is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning company, enjoying continued growth throughout the state.

We are looking for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead our School cleaning team in Corinda - need to have experience managing a team, planning rosters and approving timesheets. Need to be reliable and someone that always puts their best foot forward.

Position is **Mon-Fri 4.00 pm -10.00 pm shift.**

This position is initially offered on a casual basis with opportunity to transition into **part-time.**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Be the first point of contact for our client on site
- 100% compliance with all client / site rules, policies, procedures
- Lead the cleaning team
- Undertake people management, including training and administration functions
- Monitor and train on service to maintain high standards
- Ensures all tools and procedures are used/followed at all times to ensure consistent quality, and that team members are aware of these processes and trained accordingly
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processes
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations
- Solid knowledge of cleaning
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Ability to follow stringent procedures
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional presentation and customer service
- Full working rights

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $28.45 - $35.28 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- team leading: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Blue Card (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
