**About the role**
We're seeking a Demand Planner in a permanent capacity to be based in our Sydney CBD office - however we are also open to Wagga Wagga or Tamworth as locations. This role will see you managing customer demand planning and specifically:

- Customer relations, as a single point of contact for customer demand
- Auditing customer planning processes
- Communicating inventory reconciliations, supply chain performance and demand planning accuracy with customers

**About your experience**
- Experience with customer liaison and management with the ability to build trust with strategic customers
- Understanding and experience working with cross functional business stakeholders
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office, with experience using SAP (advantageous but not essential)
- Knowledge or understanding of bulk supply chain industries and grain handling operations will be advantageous
