Join a globally recognised brand as their demand planner in their team based in Southern Sydney, in a permanent role with opportunity for an immediate start.
**Your new role**
In your new role as demand planner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of demand forecasts across the product portfolio, through analysis of historical data and collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.
- Presentation of forecasts as part of the S&OP process and communicating with cross-functional teams to communicate the forecast across the business.
- Optimisation of on-hand inventory, assessing potential out of stocks and ensuring stock is ordered and held on time and in line with overall business and financial objectives.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a demand planning role, with demonstrated understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, S&OP, and end-to-end supply chain management.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field i.e., supply chain, business, finance.
- Strong systems skills, with ERP systems understanding and high-level Excel skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to form strong working relationships with key parties both internal and external.
