Our client is one of the largest diversified property groups in Australia that owns, manages and develops a wide range of assets across retail, industrial and residential portfolios.

**About the Role**
Please note: This is 12 month contract opportunity with possibility to become permanent

What an outstanding opportunity for a Superstar Marketing Assistant to join their fun and dynamic Residential Communities Business team, based in Brisbane CBD office, and support the delivery of integrated marketing strategies across several QLD communities.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will join a friendly team of customer focused and innovative marketers who are passionate about their projects.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support Marketing Managers to execute marketing plans and key initiatives
- Assist with national and local lead generation campaigns
- Support new project launches, land releases and rolling programs
- Implement database communications
- Content development for online and offline channels
- Deliver events working with external agencies
- Participate in brand and positioning strategic development
- Manage collateral design and production
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities
- Provide support to Marketing Managers to monitor expenditure in line with agreed annual budgets
- Participate in the development of broader marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives
- Access learning and development opportunities and build your career development plan

**About You**
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- 1-2 years real estate or property marketing experience, including production of marketing materials
- Experience with managing marketing agencies and suppliers
- Project management expertise
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
