About the Role
As our brand continues to expand in Australia & internationally, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing brand within the Australian Fashion Designer space. We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & eCommerce Specialist with eCommerce, paid advertising and SEO experience to help scale our brand.
**As the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Specialist, you will**:
**eCommerce (Locally & Internationally)**:
Manage international site trading, ensuring optimised content and performance across markets (e.g., US Global-e & Red Book in China).
Oversee the end-to-end website experience, ensuring a premium, conversion-optimised customer journey that aligns with brand strategy.
Manage Shopify Plus, pricing updates, promotions, and third-party app integrations.
Optimise on-site merchandising by updating homepage and PDPs based on sales performance, stock levels, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure all product information is accurate and SEO-optimised, including descriptions, imagery, metadata, and PDP content.
Monitor and analyse website performance to drive improvements.
Work closely with the development team to resolve site bugs, enhance UX, and implement roadmap updates.
Identify and implement CRO initiatives, including A/B testing, checkout improvements, and user journey enhancements.
Oversee online stock management, including stocktakes ahead of key sales events and the annual online warehouse sale.
**Manage partnerships with payment gateways (e.g**: Afterpay) and oversee closed-user group discount codes.
Paid Media
Develop and manage the paid media strategy across digital platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, Google Ads, and affiliates) to drive sales and customer acquisition.
Work closely with external digital media agencies to plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, ensuring constant optimisation for revenue, engagement, and ROAS.
Monitor and analyse paid campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools to refine strategy and improve efficiency.
Ensure early planning and execution of all paid campaigns, aligning with product launches, promotions, and key trading moments.
Identify new opportunities and emerging trends in digital marketing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Own reporting on paid digital and eCommerce performance, delivering insights and recommendations to the wider business.
Oversee audience segmentation and targeting, ensuring campaigns reach high-intent customers and maximise conversion rates.
Continuously refine ad strategy, testing new formats, audiences, and placements to improve paid media efficiency.
Collaborate with Creative & Content teams to develop high-performing ad assets, ensuring copy and visuals align with platform best practices.
**SEO**:
Plan, execute, and optimise SEO marketing campaigns, manage content and copywriting where required.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords.
Experiment with emerging SEO tactics like AI-driven content optimisation.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**You will bring**:
4+ years digital marketing and eCommerce experience (digital marketing, paid ads, or performance marketing), preferably in the retail/fashion industry.
A strong foundation in digital marketing, including experience with paid social media advertising, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager with the ability to provide actionable insights.
Experience managing budgets, agencies and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Familiar with eCommerce growth levers (conversion optimisation, retention, LTV).
