We seek an experienced and enthusiastic **Food & Beverage Supervisor**. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

**The Role**:

- 7 day rotating roster
- Driving efficiency and profitability through co-ordination and monitoring of all departments within Food & Beverage
- Managing the standards and procedures for the department
- Developing and mentoring F&B attendants
- Overseeing and managing rosters
- Liaison with Banquets and Kitchen departments to ensure a consistent and superior service is delivered to the client
- Drive WHS within the F&B department

**Ideally you will have**:

- A passion for guest service and delivering a great experience to your guests
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in a supervisor capacity within a 4-5 star hotel or equivalent
- Strong understanding of HACCP compliance
- A La Carte and high volume banqueting experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
