We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Admin & Scheduling Assistant to support our customers and team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day scheduling, managing and supporting technicians, and handling, customer sales, bookings and key administrative tasks.

**Duties of administrative assistants**:

- Providing customer service, answering the phone and selling services.
- Taking bookings, planning and scheduling runs of work.
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management.
- Coordinating between departments, customers and technicians. Resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Managing documents and files.
- Performing multifaceted general office support.
- Assisting in various daily operations.
- Operating a range of office equipment such as photocopiers and computers.

Our company is based in Lawnton QLD, covering areas from the Sunshine coast, Brisbane to the Gold coast. We are a small family company and we are looking for positive people to help our team grow.

Pay: $24.87 - $31.36 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
