As a ZARA Sales Assistant, you are the direct link between the product and our customer. You work with the rhythm of the fashion industry and at ZARA, this means constant change. **Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required
- Provide exceptional customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask in a busy setting
- Efficient cash handling & POS experience
- Flair for merchandising and attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work throughout the week and weekends

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miranda NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
