**What You'll Be Doing**
- Perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of mobility equipment.
- Deliver first class customer service—listen to client needs and communicate clearly about solutions.
- Accurately maintain service records, report on parts usage, and flag any equipment issues.
- Work closely with our scheduling and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Contribute ideas to improve our service processes and support continuous improvement.

**What We're Looking For**
- Qualifications or hands-on experience in electromechanical servicing or similar fields.
- Prior experience with mobility or medical equipment is an advantage.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- A friendly, professional approach to customer service.
- Commitment to safety and working to best practice standards.
- Comfortable working solo in the field and also as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency with tools, equipment, and diagnostic software.
